Joe Beckman
As co-founder of TILL360 Consulting, Joe Beckman’s mission has been to RECLAIM HUMAN CONNECTIONS in school communities throughout the world. Joe has shared his infectious energy, humor, and passion with over 2,500 schools. And has positively impacted over 1 million people through live speaking events, YouTube videos, and his new book, Just Look Up - 5 life-saving phrases every human NEEDS to hear. Joe resides in Minneapolis, Minnesota, with his three children and Jess, his beautiful, patient, strong, and kind-hearted wife.

Curt Slater
Curtis Slater has had the pleasure of working in the U.S public school system for the past 30 years as a paraprofessional, Teacher, Dean of Students, Associate Principal, and Principal (2018 National Distinguished Principal of the Year). As the co-founder of TILL360 Consulting, Curt now partners with school districts all around the country to support nurturing, positive and engaging environments that support staff, students, families, and communities. Curt lives in Andover, Minnesota with his wonderful wife and three amazing kids. Outside of the office Curt enjoys hunting, fishing, traveling, and watching his kids play sports.

Tasha Schuh
Tasha found her calling as an inspirational speaker and author after a theater accident at age 16 left her paralyzed from the chest down. Before joining TILL360, Tasha and her husband/manager Doug spoke to middle and high school students and educators across the country, sharing her message of PATH ( purpose, attitude, team, and hope) and resilience. Whether speaking to an auditorium full of students or adults, Tasha's message empowers people to build resilience to overcome life challenges. Tasha and Doug live in Ellsworth, Wisconsin, with their two very spoiled cats.

Tara Soesbe
Tara, an educator of 20 years, specializes in building school-wide climate and culture, social-emotional learning, and ensuring students have the knowledge, skills, and dispositions necessary for life-long learning, success, and joy.
Tara's school and community presentations are known for their motivational empowerment, focusing on key themes such as resilience, leadership, celebrating uniqueness, and unlocking one's potential. During her downtime, she enjoys fishing, theater, and being with her kids and grandson.

Jeff Kubiak
Jeff’s work focuses on building kindness, compassion, inclusion, equity, and ways to help and inspire people in and out of education. He loves to speak with students and educators about the writing process, building mental health capacity for youth and adults, and SEL as a practice and mindset, not a program.
Jeff has written 3 highly acclaimed books; One Drop of Kindness, It’s Me, and Monsters Have Manners.
Jeff is an educator, author, and speaker from Northern California. He has served in schools as a teacher, Dean of Students, VP, and principal for over 25 years. He has also been a US Olympic Swim Team Alternate, Pan American Games Gold Medalist, and Coach of 4-time Olympian, Jason Lezak.
Jeff lives in Davis with his wife Piper; daughter Keeley, and son Braden. They love to travel as much as possible, especially to areas with beaches, water, and hiking trails.

Mark Horbinski has served as an educator for 28 years in multiple roles including teacher, coach, advisor, technology director, assistant principal, and athletic director. He is a champion of character education whose efforts have been recognized by Character.org at both the state and national levels.
After his retirement from public education in June of 2021, Mark joined the TILL360 team as a speaker where he shares his messages of “Choosing HOPE to Reclaim Human Connection” and “Leadership through Sportsmanship”. Mark resides in central Wisconsin with his wife Wendy who is also a member of the TILL360 team. They have three adult children.
